All amounts are indicative prices in CHF and final amounts. Setup is calculated on our daily rate of CHF 1'800.– — modules as quarter or half days. The monthly operation fee covers the platform licence, your own Swiss phone number, the chosen minute allowance, ongoing optimisation and support; it is invoiced annually in advance. We only charge monthly for what causes ongoing cost or care — functions that are set up once do not cost extra every month. Operation requires the one-time setup; we do not offer a subscription without setup. We prepare the binding quote after the free consultation, based on your requirements catalogue.

Operation starts with the one-time setup — no subscription without the base package. Guaranteed Swiss data residency with a data processing agreement, FADP/GDPR documentation, a binding SLA, on-premise operation and white label belong to the Enterprise tier and are quoted separately. The modules below are one-time setup work by 4Focus — the underlying platform functions are covered by the licence and cost nothing extra per month.
